Senior Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps Engineer)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with DevOps tooling experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure, while enabling rapid and smooth software delivery. You will work closely with software engineers to build and maintain a robust production environment, driving a culture of automation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes
• Automate operational tasks, system provisioning, and scaling
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack
• Define, measure, and improve Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts to minimize downtime
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long-term preventative solutions
• Continuously optimize system performance and identify infrastructure bottlenecks
• Implement and enforce security best practices across all infrastructure and application layers

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related discipline
• Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Proficiency with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
• Strong grasp of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
• Experience with incident management and production support
• Familiarity with networking, Linux systems, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Good English communication skills and able to work onsite 5 days a week
