Divish Consulting

Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Candidate must have Adobe Experience Manager experience
Important Details: Contract length: Start ASAP, end 12/31/26, about 2 months (no extension at the moment)
Role overview
Solventum's Marketing Technology team needs a senior Site Reliability Engineer through December 31, 2026 to make its customer-facing digital platforms proactively monitored and stable. This is a core SRE role: the goal is not to fix the causes of past outages, but to build the monitoring, alerting, and processes that catch issues early and keep them from recurring.
The team runs a primarily Adobe marketing technology stack, all vendor-hosted, in a semi-headless setup. Outages have been recovered within 15 minutes, but they are happening more often, and page-load issues and missing product information have also reached the live site. Root cause analyses from Adobe can take about two weeks, and the production support team often escalates back to the MarTech team. The consultant will take a comprehensive look under the hood, identify the gaps, close as many as possible before year end, and hand off to the full-time team.
Deliverables (in priority order)

Current-state and optimized-state assessment (most critical):
review architecture, integrations, incident trends, runbooks, and observability, then define where the setup should get to and the prioritized path there

Monitoring and alerting built out to a high standard:
dashboards, thresholds, and automated alerting across core services using the tools already in place (Splunk and Dynatrace), with documented alert governance

Reliability baseline:
agreed service level objectives, error budgets, and an incident response process that lets the team resolve issues quickly, building on the automatic ticket creation added in October

Testing and security practice review:
assess how often load testing and penetration testing happen with the cybersecurity and vulnerability testing teams, and recommend changes

Integration reliability review:
evaluate high-volume product data integrations (currently MuleSoft, being rebuilt) that have kept products from reaching the site

CI/CD and release quality recommendations:
lower priority; focus on keeping releases from causing production issues

Runbooks, post-incident review templates, and knowledge transfer
so the full-time team can sustain the work after December 31

Environment

Platforms:
Adobe Experience Manager (semi-headless), Algolia search, MuleSoft integrations, cookie consent tooling; all vendor-hosted

Observability:
Splunk logging and Dynatrace; the consultant should work within these rather than introduce new tools

Scale:
SKU-heavy company with high-volume product data flowing to the site

Data:
public website content; not a regulated environment

Qualifications
Required

Senior-level, core SRE background; with a 2-month window there is no time to ramp up, so this is not a junior or mid-level role

Hands-on Dynatrace and Splunk, including automating monitoring and alerting

Proven record of assessing an existing observability setup, finding the gaps, and closing them

Incident management and post-incident review experience

Experience with integrations, ideally high-volume product or catalog data; any integration platform is fine

Understanding of load testing and security testing practices, enough to advise on cadence and approach

Strong collaborator who knows the right questions to ask across product, engineering, integration, and security teams

Scripting or software development skills; cloud infrastructure and CI/CD fundamentals

Preferred

Adobe experience, especially Adobe Experience Manager

MuleSoft knowledge

Algolia or other site search platforms

Background in digital, .com, and marketing technology platforms where customer experience is the priority
