Senior Site Superintendent (Construction)

Senior Superintendent (Construction) Maple Reinders is currently looking to add a Senior Construction Superintendent to our team based out of Mississauga, Ontario. Projects may be located throughout Ontario across both our Buildings and Civil divisions.

As a Senior Superintendent, you will take a lead role in managing multiple field teams, overseeing complex construction projects, and providing senior-level leadership across project sites. • Direct field operations in the delivery of projects while adhering to schedules, budgets, safety, and risk requirements
• Effectively manage field employees by providing guidance and leadership
• Develop and execute project work plans aimed at keeping projects on track and on budget
• Provide senior-level field leadership, manage multiple teams, mentor staff, and support succession planning
• Lead site operations on complex projects and resolve project challenges proactively

We are focused on candidates who currently have:

• Senior-level Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Experience managing multiple field teams and large construction projects
• Experience delivering commercial, institutional, industrial, civil, or infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows-based applications
• Post-secondary construction-related education, CET, or equivalent would be considered an asset

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000/year (depending on experience)
