We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate contractors and subcontractors, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with safety requirements, technical specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, site workers, suppliers, and project management teams.
• Monitor project progress, workforce productivity, material usage, and equipment requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship, construction quality, and compliance with technical standards.
• Ensure adherence to applicable UAE construction regulations, health and safety requirements, and environmental procedures.
• Identify site issues, construction delays, and operational risks, implementing corrective measures where appropriate.
• Review construction drawings, method statements, work schedules, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure materials are stored, handled, and used appropriately.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings and reinforce safe working practices.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress records, inspection logs, and documentation of site activities.
• Support project meetings, progress reporting, quality inspections, and handover activities.
• Escalate major technical, safety, scheduling, or resource issues to senior management.
• Recommend improvements to site productivity, coordination, quality control, and construction efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in construction site supervision or project execution, including senior supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, quality assurance, and site coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors, labor teams, construction schedules, and site documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Knowledge of construction project management tools and Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling software is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify construction defects, resolve site conflicts, and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Relevant certifications in construction safety, quality management, or project supervision are advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with remote project teams while maintaining an appropriate on-site presence when required.
