Senior Site Supervisor (Developer)

Responsibilities:

• Supervises construction activities to ensure that contractors follow approved plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor daily construction work to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with design drawings.
• Conduct regular site inspections of ongoing construction.
• Inspect and verify building materials, equipment, and specific construction phases (such as concrete pouring or structural work) before approval.
• Witness field and laboratory tests, enforce local building bylaws, and ensure adherence to safety standards like OSHA.
• Reporting & documentation. Keep daily site logs, record work progress & update site activities daily.
