Senior Site Supervisor (Flooring Construction)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Senior Site Supervisor to oversee flooring installation projects. We offer real career growth, strong team support & zero office politics. The role involves site coordination, quality control, documentation, and ensuring projects are completed on time with proper standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle site documentation (material approval, shop drawings, method statements)

• Conduct site measurements for material ordering and complete measurement records

• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor site progress, quality control & installation works

• Inspect subfloor conditions (leveling, cracks, moisture, etc.)

• Coordinate with main contractor, suppliers & installers to ensure smooth workflow

• Attend site meetings and handle site-related complaints or issues

• Issue formal letters for site delays, EOT when required

• Ensure project timeline, safety & workmanship standards are met

• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma/Cert in Construction / Civil / Building / QS (preferred)

• 3 to 4 years site experience (flooring/finishing is a plus)

• Able to read floor plan, drawings & perform measurements

• Strong communication skills (English & BM)

• Responsible, proactive & able to work independently
