Senior / Site Supervisors (Construction)

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety and EHS compliance for assigned work areas and subcontractors.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor daily site activities and work progress.
• Coordinate permits, construction activities, and project schedules with relevant teams.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Report project progress, technical issues, and corrective actions to the Construction Manager.

Job Requirements

• Qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline (ITE, Diploma, or Degree).
• At least 5-6 years of relevant construction site supervision experience.
• Excellent knowledge of industrial/commercial building construction projects.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Willing to travel and support project activities in India when required.
