Senior Smart Automation Developer Dataiku LLM Mesh

Context

As part of the development of our Smart Automation & Agentic AI capabilities, we are looking for a Senior Smart Automation Developer to design, build, and industrialize advanced process automation solutions. These solutions rely primarily on the Dataiku platform and its LLM Mesh capabilities, enabling the integration of language models and AI agents into automated workflows.

The goal of the team is to create intelligent automations capable of orchestrating data, application systems, and AI agents to optimize and simplify operational processes. The Senior Smart Automation Developer will play a key role in the technical design, development, and industrialization of these solutions.

Missions

• Design process automation solutions using the Dataiku platform.
• Define automation architectures combining:
  • data pipelines
  • workflow orchestration
  • integration with application systems
  • AI agents
• Leverage Dataiku’s LLM Mesh to integrate language models into automated processes.
• Design and implement AI agents capable of executing or assisting tasks within automated processes.
• Develop workflows integrating LLMs via Dataiku LLM Mesh.
• Implement orchestration logic between:
  • AI agents
  • data pipelines
  • application systems
• Build and maintain automated pipelines and workflows on the Dataiku platform.
• Integrate automation solutions with existing IT systems via APIs and services.
• Apply best practices for industrialization:
  • version control
  • monitoring
  • deployment automation
  • workflow governance
• Work closely with IT teams responsible for systems involved in automated processes.
• Design integration mechanisms with existing applications.
• Contribute to defining integration patterns and technical standards.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Smart Automation & Agentic AI capability.
• Define development and architecture standards for automation.
• Mentor junior technical profiles.
• Promote best practices in automation and LLM usage.

1. 10+ years of experience in software development, process automation, and data engineering or data automation
2. Mandatory certification on the Dataiku platform (Developer or Advanced Developer)
3. Expertise in Dataiku for data pipeline development, workflow automation, orchestration of data processes, and integration with APIs and external systems
4. Experience using LLMs via Dataiku LLM Mesh and understanding of integrating LLMs into automated workflows
5. Strong foundation in prompt engineering including prompt structuring, contextualization, and instruction and constraint management
6. Proficiency in Python, data pipelines, workflow automation, API integration, and orchestration of automated processes
7. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, DevOps, deployment automation, and software development best practices
8. Familiarity with technical environments including Dataiku platform, LLM Mesh, APIs and application services, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
9. Technical leadership skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
10. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional IT teams
