About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Software Architect to play a key role in shaping the technological future of our company.

In this position, you will lead architectural decisions across complex software systems, drive engineering excellence, and help build scalable, high-performance solutions that support our business growth.

You will work closely with engineering teams and technology leaders, combining strategic architectural thinking with hands-on development and a strong focus on innovation, modern technologies, and AI-driven engineering practices.

The ideal candidate is a highly technical leader with deep expertise across backend, frontend, cloud, and mobile application architectures, capable of driving end-to-end technology decisions while remaining actively involved in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the company's software architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Design architecture for new products, platforms, mobile applications, and complex technology initiatives.
• Remain hands-on, contributing to critical development projects and solving complex technical challenges across the technology stack.
• Define and promote engineering standards, architectural best practices, code quality, and software development methodologies across R&D.
• Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making processes.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders, supporting technical growth, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools, AI-enabled engineering workflows, and modern software delivery practices to enhance productivity and software quality.
• Identify architectural risks and technical debt, and develop effective long-term solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Security, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment across technology platforms.
• Lead architecture decisions across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Cloud, and Data platforms to ensure a consistent and scalable end-to-end customer experience.
• Evaluate, introduce, and govern new technologies, frameworks, tools, and AI capabilities that improve engineering effectiveness and product quality.
• Support strategic technology planning, modernization initiatives, and architectural transformation programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a senior software architecture role, with proven experience in end-to-end architectural ownership and active involvement in software development. (Lead Architect or equivalent).
• Extensive hands-on software engineering experience combined with a strong architectural mindset and technical leadership capabilities.
• Proven experience designing, building, and delivering large-scale, complex distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong experience designing end-to-end application architectures across Backend, Frontend, and Mobile platforms.
• Practical experience with modern frontend technologies and frameworks, with the ability to guide architectural decisions for web applications.
• Experience with mobile application architectures, including native or cross-platform development environments.
• Excellent coding skills and a strong hands-on approach, with the ability to contribute directly to development efforts when needed.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, integration patterns, scalability strategies, security principles, and modern development methodologies.
• Experience establishing engineering standards and leading architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience working with AI-assisted development tools and leveraging AI technologies to improve software engineering processes and developer productivity.
• Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, continuous improvement, and AI-driven software development.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technology teams in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
