We're looking for an experienced professional who can bridge business requirements and technical execution, helping teams design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions while driving architectural excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

✅ Design and evolve cloud-native architectures using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Azure

✅ Define architectural standards and best practices around:

• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Clean Architecture
• Hexagonal Architecture
• Software Craftsmanship

✅ Create and maintain architecture documentation using frameworks such as C4 or arc42

✅ Support development teams through architecture reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring

✅ Drive modern engineering practices including:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Clean Code principles

✅ Participate throughout the complete software lifecycle, from concept to production

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Technical Lead
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience designing microservices, distributed systems, and REST APIs
• Solid understanding of DDD, Clean Architecture, and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and NoSQL technologies
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
• AWS or Google Cloud Platform exposure
• Experience in product-based environments
• Portuguese or German language skills
