Senior Software Architect, Networking AI

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Architect, Networking AI to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will shape scalable networking software and AI-enabled data-center solutions that support demanding large-model training environments. The architect will work closely with engineering, research, and cross-functional partners to translate advanced concepts into reliable, manufacturable systems. This position combines deep software architecture expertise with networking knowledge and a focus on innovation at enterprise scale.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $184,000 – $356,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop next-generation scale-up fabric for AI data centers
• Focus on collaborative communication and co-development of AI networks
• Ensure scalability and reliability for large model training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions
• Create concepts for full-scale manufacturing
• Partner with top talent to implement new technologies

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software architecture and networking
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Strong expertise in AI applied research
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects
• Excellent collaboration skills with diverse teams
• Proven track record of innovation at a high competitive level
