Senior Software Developer (Angular JS) | Bank

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architectural evolution of front-end and application solutions, including operational models.
• Develop high-quality, fully tested software in line with coding standards, project timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Work with Business Analysts and project teams to clarify requirements, define test strategies, and provide technical support during UAT.
• Manage application deployments, releases, and change management, including monthly release cycles and production roadmaps.
• Provide L3 production support, troubleshoot complex incidents, resolve defects, and analyze enhancement requests.
• Monitor application quality and performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous process and technical improvements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure consistency, maintainability, and adherence to Angular and software development best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and support end-to-end delivery, integration testing, CI/CD, and production operations.
• On-call rotation with team mates to cover night and week-end support on demand.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Angular 19+, with strong knowledge of AG Grid, NgRx, Angular Signals/Signal Store, UX principles, BDD, automated testing, and front-end architecture.
• Strong back-end and technical development skills with Python, REST APIs, FastAPI, SQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, integration testing, algorithms, data structures, debugging, and SonarQube.
• Strong DevOps and cloud expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, GitOps, ArgoCD, Maven, Git, GitLab/Jenkins, Ansible, AWS, and monitoring tools such as Elasticsearch.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native/distributed systems, scalability, CI/CD, software craftsmanship, and AI-assisted development, including prompt engineering, AI output validation, security considerations, and identifying opportunities for AI automation.
