Senior Software Developer (Brazil, Remote)

Description

Magentrix builds customer portal and partner relationship management (PRM) software for mid-market companies, integrated with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot.

We are hiring a Senior Software Developer to build and evolve the core Magentrix platform. You will work across a .NET / .NET Core backend and a Vue.js + Tailwind CSS frontend. AI-assisted development is central to how this team works: you will use Claude Code daily to design, build, test and ship features faster without lowering quality or security.

Role Details

• Location: Fully remote, candidates based in Brazil only
• Status: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development

• Design and build new product features end to end, from C# / .NET Core services and APIs to Vue.js interfaces.
• Maintain and modernize existing .NET Framework code, including migration work toward .NET Core.
• Build responsive, consistent UI components with Vue.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Design data models and queries using SQL Server or PostgreSQL and Entity Framework.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot.

AI-Assisted Engineering

• Use Claude Code as a core daily tool for coding, refactoring, debugging, test generation and documentation.
• Review, verify and own all AI-generated code before it ships.
• Help shape team practices for AI coding: prompts, project context files, custom commands and review standards.
• Prototype and evaluate AI-powered product features.

Quality & Security

• Write clean, tested, maintainable code following secure coding practices across the SDLC.
• Take part in code reviews, with attention to performance and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve defects.
• Report security incidents or vulnerabilities promptly, in line with company policy.

Collaboration

• Work with product, UX and Professional Services to turn requirements into working features.
• Contribute to technical design decisions and sprint planning in an Agile team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level C# with strong experience in both .NET Framework and .NET Core / modern .NET (ASP.NET MVC, Web API).
• Strong experience with Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience building UIs with Tailwind CSS.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with AI coding tools, especially Claude Code , used as part of a daily workflow on real projects. Be ready to show examples.
• Solid SQL Server or PostgreSQL skills and experience with Entity Framework or another ORM.
• Strong grasp of OOP, design patterns (MVC, dependency injection) and RESTful API design.
• Working knowledge of secure coding principles (OWASP Top 10, authentication and authorization).
• Experience with Git, code reviews and Agile delivery.
• Clear written and spoken communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience migrating applications from .NET Framework to .NET Core.
• Experience with Claude Code customization: CLAUDE.md files, custom slash commands, hooks, subagents or MCP servers.
• Experience building LLM-powered features (RAG, chatbots, agents) using the Anthropic or OpenAI APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot APIs.
• Background in multi-tenant SaaS, customer portal or PRM products.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud hosting (Azure or AWS).
