Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Design, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM for enhancements and issue resolution.
• Configure workflows, catalog items, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and access controls.
• Develop and customize applications using JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Glide APIs, and Script Includes.
• Implement automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and release management.
• Analyze the impact of configuration changes on existing workflows and integrations.
• Support UAT testing by preparing test scenarios and validating system changes.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot incidents, defects, and integration issues.
• Ensure platform security, role-based access, and data integrity across modules.

Sills and Qualification Required:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting platform performance and configuration issues.
• Understanding of ServiceNow upgrades, update sets, and release management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps

Pay: £42,000.00-£52,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Egham TW20 8HE
