Senior Software Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain reliable software solutions. The role involves making technical decisions, improving system performance, and working closely with Product, Design, QA, and other technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications
• Contribute to system design and technical decisions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews and support junior and mid-level developers
• Work with business and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and reliability
• Follow security, testing, and CI/CD best practices
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of software development experience
• Experience working with Life, Group, or Health Insurance applications
• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or Go
• Experience with modern frameworks, microservices, and REST APIs
• Good understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience using Git or other version control tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• OIPA development and configuration experience, especially in Product Setup, Claims, and other OIPA modules
• Experience with Oracle Database, including complex queries, CSV generation, and report creation
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
