Senior Software Developer

OmTech is looking for a passionate, proactive, and driven Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable SaaS and AI-powered solutions. We are looking for someone who enjoys building products from end to end, solving complex technical challenges, and taking ownership while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of Git and collaborative version control workflows
• Experience using modern AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Windsurf, or similar) to improve development productivity

• Experience working with LLMs and a deep understanding of AI-powered applications.
• Able to design complex AI related solutions.
• Able to head and manage a team.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership of features from design to deployment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
