Senior Software Developer

FMC Research Solutions is looking for a Senior Software Developer to build and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has strong full-stack development experience and enjoys solving complex technical challenges in a collaborative Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Design reliable database, caching, queueing, and asynchronous processing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and support deployment and CI/CD activities.
• Integrate applications with mobile platforms, cloud services, and peripheral hardware when required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong full-stack development and system architecture experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, React — both are mandatory requirements.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Backend Processing: Celery, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Redis, asyncio, Airflow
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, SQLAlchemy
• Mobile: Kotlin/Java, Swift, React Native/Flutter
• Hardware Integration: C#/.NET, C++, Python
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD
• Testing & Monitoring: Pytest, Jest, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
