Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and MySQL to join our software development team.

The ideal candidate should have 56 years of relevant experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The role involves working across multiple software products and client projects, including new application development, enhancement of existing systems, API integrations, and production support.

We are looking for a developer who can independently take ownership of technical tasks, contribute to architecture decisions, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack web applications.
• Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop scalable backend services and business logic using Node.js.
• Design and optimize MySQL databases, queries, indexes, and transactions.
• Develop, maintain, and integrate RESTful APIs; work with GraphQL APIs where required.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external business applications.
• Participate in application architecture, database design, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and resolve production defects.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code.
• Conduct code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment environments.
• Independently manage development assignments and deliver within agreed timelines.
• Support maintenance, enhancements, and modernization of existing applications.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 56 years of professional experience in full stack web application development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js.
• Practical experience with Express.js or NestJS.
• Strong MySQL skills, including relational database design, SQL queries, joins, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, JWT, and application security.
• Experience with Git, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
• Understanding of scalable application architecture and software design principles.
• Ability to independently develop and deliver end-to-end application features.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with GraphQL APIs.

• Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.

• Knowledge of microservices and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

• Experience with ORM tools such as Prisma, Sequelize, or TypeORM.

• Experience with Redis, caching, and background processing.

• Familiarity with automated unit and integration testing.

• Experience with enterprise applications, SaaS products, CRM, ERP, HRMS, or marketplace platforms.

Location Preference: Candidates based in Noida / Delhi NCR are preferred. Hybrid working is available, and remote arrangements may be considered for suitably qualified candidates.
