We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in Delphi and a strong interest in C# to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and evolving our existing Delphi-based systems while leading the gradual migration of our codebase to C#. Youll balance fixing issues and implementing improvements in legacy code with shaping the future of our platform through modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance our existing Delphi applications
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features.
• Play a key role in porting Delphi code to C# across multiple releases.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to technical decisions and mentor junior developers.

Desired Profile:-

• Extensive experience with Delphi (expert-level knowledge).
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Interest in and willingness to work with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience with gradual system migrations or modernization projects is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
