- You will work in a collaborative environment where Product Owners set direction, UI/UX experts handle design, and developers stay focused on building great products
- Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global engineering organization and take a leading technical role in the continued development of the Pinewood Automotive Intelligence Platform, our enterprise-scale SaaS platform used by automotive retailers and OEMs around the world
- Fort Lauderdale is the preferred location for this role, but we are open to fully remote candidates anywhere in the U.S. where their seniority, technical expertise, and overall experience are an exceptional match for the position
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-level software solutions using C#, .NET (Core/9), Razor, Web API, SQL Server, HTML, and JavaScript
- Own the full development lifecycle from initial design through to build, testing, and release
- Write high-quality, reusable, and efficient code with a focus on maintainability and scalability
- Diagnose and fix bugs, performance issues, and technical bottlenecks to ensure robust, reliable solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, testers, and developers to deliver valuable features efficiently
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape long-term technical direction
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring forward new ideas and technologies to evolve the platform
- Share knowledge with peers and provide informal mentoring across the development team

- Strong experience with database design, performance optimisation, stored procedures, and queries
- Expert in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and SQL / T-SQL
- Proven track record working in Agile environments with a pragmatic, efficient approach
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent source control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a passion for clean, efficient code
- Responsible for contributing towards the organisation’s information security strategy, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and compliance with relevant regulations, while managing risk and adhering to all established security measures
- At least 10 years of Software Engineering experience in a software or SaaS environment, including experience with APIs, system integrations and data exchange
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a closely related field directly relevant to software products and system integrations, or the foreign equivalent
- Solid front-end skills with HTML, JavaScript, and Razor
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft-based software development
- Experience with Visual Studio or VS Code
- Experience building large-scale enterprise or SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or related enterprise software
