Senior Software Developer (Insurance) | ASAP Joiner

• Develop, maintain, and enhance business applications and systems.
• Lead and support a team of developers in delivering software projects and technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, review code, and help resolve development issues.
• Support application integrations, enhancements, and system improvements.
• Work closely with business, QA, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Experience or exposure any in Java, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Experience or knowledge of Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) is preferred.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integration.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, HMO, or insurance-related systems is an advantage.
• Experience in leading or mentoring a development team.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
