Senior Software Developer - Mobile, Web & Backend (Fintech)

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Developer with 3+ years of experience to take ownership of the technical growth of two core products: MyCredAxis (an Android digital financial-services platform) and InstalPilot (a white-label EMI software suite for finance companies and merchants).

Key Responsibilities:

• Product & Web Development: Build and ship features across mobile apps (MyCredAxis, InstalPilot Customer & Merchant apps) and responsive web applications (Admin Dashboards, Client/Partner Portals).
• Core Workflows: Own end-to-end user journeys including OTP login, DigiLocker/Manual KYC, agreement PDF OTP signing, wallet top-up, mandate tracking, and push notifications.
• Integrations: Maintain integrations with payment gateways (Razorpay), UPI AutoPay/eNACH mandates, DigiLocker, OTP services, credit bureaus, and IMEI-based device-lock solutions (Master Key Pro).
• White-Label & Platform Core: Design reusable modules (UPI AutoPay, KYC, device locks) and white-label architectures that can be quickly branded and deployed for new clients.
• Backend & Security: Design and document secure REST APIs, ensuring robust data protection for sensitive information (PAN, identity records, KYC photos, credit reports).
• Release & Quality: Manage builds, versioning, Google Play Store releases, crash reporting, and API documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in full-stack mobile, web, and backend software development. Fintech/Lending experience is a strong plus.
• Mobile: Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, or Native Android (Kotlin/Java) with state management, REST integration, and low-end phone optimization.
• Web: Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Backend: Experience in Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP; strong REST API design, authentication (JWT, OTP), and DB management (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
• Preferred: Knowledge of UPI AutoPay, payment gateways, DigiLocker, and Indian data protection standards (DPDP Act / RBI guidelines).
• Education: B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA or equivalent (Strong self-taught developers welcome).
