Senior Software Developer @ Pair

Senior Software Developer @ Pair — Stockholm or Jönköping

Want to join a lean, fast-growing, fast-moving company where your code actually moves the needle? Get in early on something with serious upside? If you're obsessed with tech and love building things, this one's for you. Apply now – we move fast.

As a developer at Pair, you'll work across the full stack of our web platform – architecture, design, the whole build. In this role, you'll be part of a tight-knit team of sharp and driven developers, as well as experts in design and product.

You will be

• Developing web application features in Laravel, used by more than 1 million people and 400 businesses worldwide
• Using AI tools as part of your everyday dev workflow
• Work in an empowered product development team, who value prioritizing customer value, own what you build, and ship to production several times per day

We expect you to have

• A few years of professional coding experience
• Experience in using AI tools
• Experience in Laravel is not required but considered a strong plus – what matters most is that you're hungry to learn new languages, tools, and technologies, and that you know a similar framework, e.g. Django (Python), Ruby on Rails, Symfony (PHP), or Spring Boot (Java/Kotlin).
• A growth mentality where you constantly push yourself to improve your skills and learn new concepts and domains

We're looking for someone who thrives in a small, fast-growing company – which means being flexible, taking ownership, and running with things. You're social, curious, and proactive: you chase solutions and ask the right questions at the right time. Our company language is English, but since our head office is in Sweden, it’s a plus to know Swedish as well.

Above all – you love programming, and you want to help build the future. We want a true team player who's in it for the ride, bringing both technical skills and real energy.

This is a full-time position based in Stockholm or Jönköping. You will be part of a diverse, high performing team with a common passion for sustainability and making things happen in an innovative way. We recommend that you submit your CV and motivation letter (optional) to [email protected] as soon as possible since selection and interviews are held continuously.
