What they need
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience , with strong experience in Python.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, OOP, data structures and algorithms .
- Experience building production-grade applications, backend services or automation frameworks .
- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices and software architecture .
- Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django .
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases ; exposure to NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD and software development best practices .
- Good understanding of testing frameworks such as PyTest .
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering or AI-powered application development will be an advantage.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs into software applications is highly desirable.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills
