Job Title: Senior Software Developer / Replit Technical Consultant (Strictly No Teaching / IT Tech Role Only)

About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineer or Developer with hands-on technical experience to provide high-level tech advice and architecture reviews for our ongoing software project in Replit.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: This is strictly an advanced IT/software development consultancy role. This is NOT a teaching, tutoring, or school mentoring position. Non-technical applicants, educators without software development background, and those without actual Replit experience will be automatically rejected.

You will not be required to write code or build the app yourself; instead, you will guide our team on technical best practices, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert software architecture and technical recommendations regarding our ongoing Replit project, environments, and deployments.
• Review our codebase setup and suggest improvements for performance, scaling, and security.
• Troubleshoot complex technical blockers and answer advanced programming questions encountered by our developers during the project.
• Share industry best practices regarding database integration, secrets management, and workflows on Replit.

Qualifications:

• Must have proven hands-on software development and programming experience (Full-stack, backend, or DevOps).
• Extensive professional experience working with Replit (including deployments, Replit Agent, and workspace management).
• Strong background in software architecture.
• Excellent communication skills.
