Senior Software Engineer – AI, Hardware & System Integration

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), software development, hardware integration, and IT systems. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in developing software solutions, implementing AI technologies, integrating hardware and software systems, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, implementing AI-powered solutions, integrating business systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and business systems.
• Develop and implement AI-powered applications, automation tools, and intelligent workflows.
• Integrate AI models, APIs, databases, and third-party software platforms.
• Perform hardware and software system integration, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and database integrations.
• Work with Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
• Implement AI technologies such as machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI-based automation.
• Maintain servers, computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and connected devices.
• Integrate ERP, CRM, POS, IoT, and other business applications where required.
• Identify and resolve software bugs, hardware issues, integration failures, and performance problems.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, data protection, backups, and system monitoring.
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to business operations.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide technical support to users.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or software development.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in real-world projects.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python and at least one additional programming language.
• Experience with AI APIs, LLMs, machine learning frameworks, or AI automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of databases, APIs, system architecture, and software integration.
• Practical experience with hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage technical projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI APIs, AI agents, RAG systems, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience with SQL, REST APIs, ERP systems, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
