Senior Software Engineer-AL/ML

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy full-stack Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Design and build LLM-based assistants, copilots, automation workflows and agentic AI solutions.
• Implement RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embedding pipelines and retrieval systems.
• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP servers, agents and AI skills.
• Integrate AI solutions into web applications using .NET, Node.js and ReactJS.
• Build scalable AI/ML training and inference pipelines on cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with architecture and platform teams on AI/ML architecture, model selection and technical standards.
• Evaluate solutions based on accuracy, latency, scalability, cost, security and maintainability.
• Support deployment, monitoring, observability and optimization of AI-enabled cloud applications.
• Ensure enterprise-grade requirements for reliability, security, compliance and performance.
• Own end-to-end implementation from problem definition through production deployment.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of strong software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of .NET web development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and web application development.
• 34 years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in Python, including NumPy and Pandas.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI and RAG.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic or open-source LLMs.
• Good knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone or Chroma.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience working with Azure/AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML architecture, model selection and production deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor others.

Education:
BE / ME / MTech / MS, preferably in Computer Science / IT / related engineering discipline.
