About The Role We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to help build and evolve our passwordless authentication platform - a product that redefines how users access modern software.

You’ll work across the stack, own features from design to production, and shape the architecture that powers our core product.

What You’ll Do

Innovate, Design & Code

• Design and develop the core services and APIs powering passwordless authentication.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend SDKs, ensuring smooth developer experience (DX) and user experience (UX).
• Build secure, scalable, and maintainable systems in a modern cloud environment.
• Reverse-engineer and debug complex flows - make things work even when they shouldn’t.
• Participate in design discussions, brainstorms, and code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Security, and Customer Success teams to deliver features that balance functionality and usability.

Live & Breathe the Architecture

• Own significant parts of the system design - from concept to deployment.
• Continuously improve our codebase and infrastructure, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Automate, test, monitor, and optimize - end to end.
• Think ahead: design systems that will handle 10x more load without blinking.

Create Impact

• Ship features that directly affect user conversion and retention.
• Build tools and SDKs that developers love to integrate.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of hands-on backend development in C# or TypeScript (Node.js).
• 5+ years of Frontend experience.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, DynamoDB, or similar).
• Proven track record in building and maintaining microservice-based SaaS products.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL).
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and security best practices.
• Team-first mindset - you enjoy collaborating, brainstorming, and growing with others.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience developing or integrating SDKs.
• Background in authentication / security / identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, WebAuthn, SAML).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
• Curiosity-driven problem-solving - you like figuring out how things work under the hood.
