Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Lead embedded control software development across NEV, IDC, and cold chain product lines; own software architecture design, modular development, and platform reusability strategy to enable shared software infrastructure across product families.

2. Drive motor selection, parameter confirmation, and performance testing for product applications (compressors, fans, water pumps); design, develop, and debug application-layer functional software for motor controllers.

3. Own motor control algorithm research and feasibility analysis; perform modeling, simulation, code development, and effect verification; lead continuous performance optimization initiatives.

4. Define and develop software interface standards and architecture for motor controllers; lead software platformization to reduce per-product development cost and cycle time.

5. Develop and maintain MCU firmware on ARM Cortex-M series (M0/M3/M4); implement peripheral drivers and communication protocols (TIMER, UART, I2C, SPI, USB, CAN, LIN, etc.); support bootloader and OTA upgrade development.

6. Lead system-level integration testing; define test strategies, troubleshoot cross-layer software issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks.

7. Set technical direction for the software team; author and review technical documentation; mentor engineers and drive team-wide coding standards and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Communications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

2. 3+ years of in-depth experience in embedded software architecture design, program development, system debugging, software platformization, performance optimization, and technical problem solving.

3. Proficient in C/C++; strong software engineering fundamentals with rigorous coding standards and modular design expertise.

4. Proficient with ARM Cortex-M series MCUs (STM32, GD32, domestic chips); deep knowledge of peripheral interfaces and communication protocols.

5. Solid understanding of FOC and sensorless FOC algorithms; proficient in PID control, digital filter design, and control loop parameter tuning.

6. Familiar with embedded OS fundamentals (task scheduling, memory management); experienced in bootloader development and software upgrade mechanisms.

7. Familiar with development environments (KEIL, CCS, Linux) and hardware debugging tools; able to read schematics and provide hardware design input.

8. Strong cross-functional collaboration, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills; highly accountable and execution-driven.
