Job Summary

Support, stabilize, and optimize Retail & Supply Chain applications. Serve as a technical specialist delivering complex solutions, resolving high-impact issues, improving system reliability, and mentoring engineers while driving modernization and AI-enabled engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions across multiple applications and integrated platforms.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve highly complex technical issues.
• Design application components, interfaces, data flows, and system integrations.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead testing, deployment, production support, and incident reduction efforts.
• Review code and enforce engineering standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Over 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in Retail or Supply Chain technology environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL, Python, Java, GitHub, Linux/Unix, Kafka, BigQuery, Azure Kubernetes, Databricks, and PowerShell.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Preferred AI Skills

• Experience with Claude, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar Generative AI tools.
• Knowledge of LLM integration, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience using AI to improve software development, support operations, and automation.
