Role Summary

We are looking for Technical Lead to join the team. This role covers core backend and front-end development responsibilities across Java/J2EE-based systems, with UI development and relational database work.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain features using Java / J2EE technologies.
Build and maintain user interface components using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and database interactions.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to engineering best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, product, and other engineering teams.
Debug and resolve production and pre-production issues as needed.
Contribute to technical design discussions and documentation.

Requirements

Strong, demonstrated expertise in Java / J2EE application development with 5-8 Years of experience.
Solid experience with front-end technologies: Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
Advanced SQL and relational database expertise.
Proven ability to lead technically.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions.
