Senior Software Engineer

• As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in launching and scaling a new AI-native product area. You’ll work in a cross-functional squad to:
• Turn ambiguous problems into well-designed, scalable AI-powered systems
• Build high-quality, LLM-driven features end-to-end — from prototype to production
• Design and integrate agentic workflows, retrieval systems, and model-orchestration pipelines
• Deliver AI solutions that make a measurable difference for customers
• You’ll contribute across the stack, with a strong focus on backend APIs and services that power AI/LLM-driven functionality in expenses and procurement
• Design, build, and ship end-to-end AI-powered features for a new product
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to shape technical and AI strategy
• Develop and evolve scalable backend APIs, microservices, and LLM-orchestration layers
• Build robust evaluation frameworks to test and improve model performance and reliability
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code — including around probabilistic/AI components
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and pair programming
• Mentor junior engineers and help raise engineering and AI-quality standards
