Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and platform services.
• Develop secure and reusable backend systems, REST APIs, and business logic.
• Work closely with Product, Full Stack, Infrastructure, UI/UX, and QA teams.
• Contribute to software architecture, system design, and technical decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior software developers.
• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Debug and resolve complex production issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD, deployment, and software release processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following:
• Java
• C#
• Python
• Go/Golang
• Node.js
• Strong experience in backend development, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience developing B2B SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-native or distributed systems.
• Understanding of DevOps and secure software development practices.
• Experience mentoring developers in a startup or growing technology environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
