About The Role We're hiring product-minded senior software engineers to help build the future of Campus. We're not hiring for a single team or narrowly defined scope. Instead, we're looking for strong full-stack engineers who are excited to own meaningful product problems and build software that directly impacts students, faculty, and internal teams. Successful candidates may ultimately join one of several product areas across Campus, including:

Learning: Build the core educational experience for students, faculty, and academic teams, from live instruction to AI-powered tools that improve learning, engagement, and outcomes.

Growth: Develop a student information system that integrates with federal systems, processes payments and scales with our student population.

No matter the team, you'll work closely with product managers, designers, operators, and other engineers to build products that have a measurable impact on students and the future of education.

We’re Excited About You Because…

• Solid engineering foundation: 4-6 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong backend development skills. Experience with Go, Python, React or similar is especially valuable.
• Proven shipper: Track record of building and releasing high-quality products or features at scale.

What You’ll Get

• A compensation package that includes a base salary ($185k - $200k) + equity grant

• Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
