Lahara Protocol is engineering next-generation decentralized infrastructure uniting post-quantum blockchain security, DePIN networks, and autonomous intelligence. We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to work full-time on-site from our Kakkanad, Kochi office, driving the design and implementation of our distributed AI execution layers, node coordination, and core protocol systems.
Work Location & Relocation Requirement

• This is a strictly 100% in-office role based at our workspace in Kakkanad, Kochi.
• Candidates not currently residing in Kochi must be ready and willing to relocate to Kochi prior to their start date.

What You’ll Accomplish

• System Architecture: Design dependable, low-latency distributed systems connecting multi-agent AI workflows to protocol consensus layers.
• Execution Environments: Implement secure, verifiable runtimes for on-chain and off-chain autonomous intelligence tasks.
• Network & Node Orchestration: Build resilient synchronization and data-routing mechanisms across decentralized DePIN nodes.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely in person with research, cryptography, and product teams to define architectural standards, conduct thoughtful code reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Security & Reliability: Prioritize fault tolerance, robust unit/integration testing, and post-quantum cryptographic standards across every release.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and maintaining distributed systems, backend platforms, or production infrastructure.
• Fluency in systems-level programming languages such as Rust, Go, or modern Python.
• Practical experience working with or integrating AI frameworks (e.g., vLLM, LangGraph, Ray) or blockchain/P2P networking primitives (libp2p, RPC nodes, state machines).
• Strong foundation in asynchronous programming, concurrency, and database design.
• Full commitment to an in-office work culture and collaborative, face-to-face problem-solving.

• Experience with zero-knowledge proofs, TEE environments, or lattice-based cryptography.
