Senior Software Engineer

About the role

This is a full-time hybrid software development role working Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, with on-site presence 2-3 days per week at a location 500m from MRT Lardprao 83. You will develop new features using Next.js and React.js for the frontend, and build backend APIs using NestJS with integrations to databases and third-party services. You will also design architecture for major features, write technical documentation and Architecture Decision Records, and participate in on-call duties to debug production issues with the Infrastructure team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features using Next.js / React.js (frontend) based on designs and requirements
• Develop backend APIs using NestJS, including integrations with databases and third-party services
• Write technical documentation and ADRs (Architecture Decision Records)
• Participate in on-call duties and debug production issues alongside the Infrastructure team when necessary
• Design architecture for major features and provide guidance to team members

About you

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in the Web stack — Next.js + NestJS + TypeScript
• Good proficiency with Git (branching strategy, rebase, conflict resolution)
• Solid understanding of core software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design patterns, SOLID principles)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Understanding of blockchain technology, GameFi, and Web3 concepts (good to have)
