Senior Software Engineer

Who you are

• Several years building and shipping production software that real people use
• Range across front-end, back-end and the infrastructure underneath, enough to take a feature from the database to the screen
• You have built with large language models in production, not just experimented with them
• You own what you ship, including deciding when it is ready and looking after it once it is live
• Comfortable with AWS, Postgres and queue-based background processing
• React Native or Expo experience
• You have worked in a small team or at an early-stage startup
• You already use AI tools in your own workflow and have opinions about where they help

What the job involves

• Build features from start to finish: plan, build, test, deploy, iterate
• Build and own AI agents end to end, their prompts, their tools and the product around them
• Make the product decisions on what you build, together with the rest of the team
• Work across web, mobile and the infrastructure underneath
• Keep what you ship healthy in production and find the real cause when it breaks

The application process

• 1. Apply with your profile
• 2. Intro call
• 3. Technical interview
• 4. Final conversation with the founder
