Senior Software Engineer

A fast-growing AI software company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Founding Engineer in NYC to help build a modern enterprise ai native management platform. You will be the lead developer responsible for the development the technology and ai layer, and will responsible to transform it into a scalable software platform. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. If you are looking for ownership, autonomy, and a chance to work at fast paced start up shipping products from 0-1, this may be the role for you. This role is fully remote across the US.

Responsibilities

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Creating scalable software platforms
• Developing agentic ai agents or fine tuning LLMs, creating RAG architecture
• System design and architecture
• Cloud native architecture and product development
• Working closely with stakeholders and clients
• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in code reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Start up experience or shipping a product from 0-1
• Expertise in React/Next.js, Typescript and Python
• Expertise in system design and architecture
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
