Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to drive large-scale international projects at a leading global System Integrator (SIer).

This position requires deep expertise in backend development using either Java or Python, coupled with a strong foundational knowledge of Linux systems. Key Responsibilities

• Robust Backend Development: Design, develop, and optimize scalable enterprise systems or web applications using Java or Python.
• System & Infrastructure Control: Handle server configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning within Linux environments.
• Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive engineering best practices across the team.
• Global Collaboration: Bridge technical alignment and drive delivery by collaborating with multinational teams across different regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Technical Competencies

• Development Experience: Strong senior-level experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in either Java or Python.
• OS & System Knowledge: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Linux systems (command-line proficiency, shell scripting, and server operations).
• Architecture & Design: Deep comprehension of object-oriented design, clean architecture, and building robust APIs for large-scale systems.

2. Language Requirements

• Japanese: Fluent / Business level. Capable of handling complex requirement definitions and smooth communication with domestic business partners.
• English: Conversational level or above. Capable of participating in technical discussions, standups, and text-based collaboration with global teammates.
