Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for the Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our CARD (Card Management Engineering) team. We are a fullstack team building high-scale card management solutions with Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, Redis, and Vue.js.

How do you create value? Your primary focus as a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer will be to build and evolve the systems behind every card payment and authorization our customers make. As part of the CARD team, you will have end-to-end ownership of business-critical services, from solution design and development to deployment and production operations. Your work will directly impact the daily banking experience of all our customers while ensuring our card services remain reliable, scalable, and secure.

• Challenge the solution to go. Bring the ability to reason about technical trade-offs and explain decisions. You should be comfortable discussing why a particular solution was chosen, what alternatives were considered, and what compromises were made.
• Bring your experience. Bring a solid experience building and operating Java applications using the Spring ecosystem. Also experience designing, developing, and maintaining distributed systems and microservices in production environments.
• You have the structure. You are expected to have a strong understanding of software design principles, maintainability, performance, reliability, and scalability.
• You feel comfortable explaining your ideas. Comfortable communicating technical concepts, architectural decisions, and implementation details to peers and stakeholders.
