The candidate will be responsible for designing, managing and optimizing the IT infrastructure and systems of our clients. Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Architecture & Management: Design, configure, maintain, and monitor robust IT systems, network infrastructure, operating systems, and core applications across diverse client environments.
• Client Technical Support: Serve as an escalation point for technical support, delivering prompt resolution for hardware, software, network, and systems issues across multiple client accounts.
• System Maintenance & Security: Execute routine system upgrades, patch management, automated backup routines, and proactive system performance monitoring to minimize downtime.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and supervise junior IT engineers, conducting code/system reviews and building technical capacity within the team.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal IT teams, external hardware/software vendors, and business stakeholders to deploy solutions, resolve complex operational challenges, and align infrastructure with client business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure design, network administration, and systems support.
• Proven expertise in configuring and managing servers (Windows Server/Linux), networking protocols (LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls), storage, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure.
• Advanced technical diagnostic skills across hardware, software, OS, and network layers, with hands-on experience in disaster recovery and backup management.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSA, or CompTIA Network+/Security+.
• Clear client-facing communication skills, strong technical mentorship abilities, and a proven track record of managing multi-client SLA requirements.
