Senior Software Engineer

Senior Product Engineer | Tech4Good | £80–100k + equity | London, 1/2 days a week onsite

Good engineering should make people’s lives easier. This startup is building a consumer product that does exactly that, with a growing customer base and environmental impact built into the organisation as the only Carbon Negative business of its kind.

They’re hiring a Product Engineer who wants a say in what gets built, then the ownership to take it through to release.

You’ll work across customer features, APIs and the platform behind them. Speak to the people facing the problem, figure out what matters, build the solution and see whether it worked.

AI is central to how the team ships. You’ll use it to build, test and iterate, bringing the engineering judgement to challenge its output and make sure the result holds up in production.

Essentials:

• Strong TypeScript and SQL skills
• Experience delivering across application and backend systems.
• Confidence using AI development tools and reviewing what they produce.
• Experience taking an org from Seed stage through to Series A+

£80–100k + equity, hybrid working with one day a week in London, private medical cover.

A role for someone who enjoys building, questioning assumptions and seeing their work used.
