Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead software development initiatives, design high-performance applications, solve complex technical challenges, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software design, development, testing, and optimization.
• Develop applications using C++, STL, Java, Python, and C#.
• Build and maintain software for Linux and Windows environments.
• Support hardware/software integration, system validation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Drive software quality, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience .
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Java, Python, and C#.
• Experience with Linux/Windows development, multithreading, and GUI applications.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, or GitKraken is an advantage.
• Semiconductor test equipment or manufacturing technology experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
