About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Systems & Data Services team. This position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise applications, databases, ETL processes, and data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer who can immediately contribute to critical projects while helping modernize and enhance enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and database solutions.
• Build and support ETL processes, data integrations, and data warehousing systems.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and relational databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and system issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Support system architecture, documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Mentor team members and contribute to development best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, systems analysis, and solution design.
• Strong SQL Server development and database management experience.
• Hands-on experience with ETL development and data integration.
• Experience designing and supporting data warehouse solutions.
• Proficiency with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of relational database design and data modeling.
• Experience troubleshooting complex applications and legacy systems.
• Ability to work within a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with Analysis Services, OLAP technologies, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Crystal Reports or Microsoft BI tool experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale systems and large data environments.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

• Midpoint: $124,972
• Maximum: $149,968
