We’re looking for a Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who can turn ambiguous business challenges into intelligent, scalable, production-ready solutions.

This is more than a traditional Salesforce development role. You’ll work directly with customers, collaborate with business and technology leaders, rapidly prototype ideas, build AI-powered solutions, and take them from concept to production. 💡

Location: Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad

🔥 What You’ll Build

• Salesforce Engineering: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, APIs, and platform development.
• Agentic AI: Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, intelligent agents, and autonomous workflows.
• Data & AI: Data Cloud, RAG, vector search, LLMs, grounding, and enterprise AI applications.
• Enterprise Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, event-driven architecture, and connected enterprise systems.
• Modern Engineering: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, CI/CD, cloud-native services, and production-grade software.
• Responsible AI: Security, guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, observability, and governance.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience

✅ Experience with Agentforce and/or Generative AI solutions

✅ Solid coding skills in Apex and Python or JavaScript/TypeScript

✅ Understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, LLMs, RAG, and AI evaluation

✅ Ability to move from POC to production with scalability and security in mind

✅ Excellent customer-facing, problem-solving, and communication skills

✅ A strong builder mindset — someone who enjoys experimenting, coding, debugging, and delivering real-world impact.

🏆 Bonus Points: Salesforce Platform Developer, Architect, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Integration Architecture, or relevant AI certifications.
