Senior Software Engineer

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Developer skilled in React (frontend) and .NET (backend), with strong
• database expertise across Azure SQL and PostgreSQL. A defining part of this role is
• leveraging AI code-generation tools (Claude, Codex, and similar) to accelerate
• development, then hardening AI generated output into secure, performant, productiongrade
• applications
• Build responsive, component-driven user interfaces in React using hooks, modern state
• management, and REST/API integration.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Design, query, and optimize relational databases on Azure SQL and PostgreSQL —
• including
• schema design, indexing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Use AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, and equivalents) to scaffold and generate application
• code
• efficiently.
• Review, refactor, and debug AI-generated code — identifying logic errors, security gaps,
• performance issues, and anti-patterns.
• Convert prototype and AI-generated applications into production-grade systems: robust
• error
• handling, structured logging, security hardening, automated testing, scalability, and CI/CD
• readiness.
• Collaborate with the team on code reviews, architecture decisions, and deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Solid backend development experience with . NET / C# / ASP.NET Core.
• Sound knowledge of Azure SQL and PostgreSQL, i ncluding query optimization and
• tuning. Hands-on experience using AI code-generation tools (Claude, Codex, or
• equivalent) within a real development workflow.
• Proven ability to debug, validate, and refactor AI-generated code into reliable software.
• Solid understanding of production readiness: security, performance, logging, testing, and
• deployment.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
