Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Mid-Level IT Manager who can:

• Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 software developers
• Maintain current .NET-based systems
• Architect next-generation scalable cloud-native solutions
• Drive DevOps, performance optimization, and AI integration

This is a techno-managerial leadership role (60% technical / 40% team management).

6+ years (C#, ASP.NET, Web API)

Database Experience

5+ years (SQL Server – performance tuning mandatory)

2+ years (AWS/Azure preferred)

Architecture Exposure

Microservices, REST APIs, scalable systems

Core Technical Expertise Required

• ASP.NET (Web Forms + MVC/Web API)
• .NET Core / .NET 6+
• RESTful API design
• High-performance data processing
• TCP/IP socket-based systems

2. Database & Performance

• SQL Server (Indexing, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization)

3️.Cloud & Infrastructure

• AWS or Azure
• CI/CD pipelines
• Docker (preferred)
• Server performance optimization
• Scaling architecture for IoT workloads

4️.DevOps & Governance

• Git version control
• Code review process
• Release management
• Production monitoring
• Security best practices

5️.Future-Ready Skills (Highly Preferred)

• Microservices architecture
• Event-driven systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ exposure)
• AI/ML integration in SaaS
• Observability (logging, tracing, monitoring)
• Leadership Responsibilities
• Lead 5–10 developers
• Assign and monitor daily tasks
• Conduct code reviews
• Ensure project deadlines

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
