Senior Software Engineer

seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer to join our BI & Data Analytics team. This role will focus on designing and building cloud-based applications, APIs, data integrations, dashboards, and automation solutions that support business initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support full stack applications using C#/.NET
• Build and maintain REST APIs , integrations, and data pipelines
• Develop and optimize SQL-based data models and data warehouse solutions
• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting
• Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
• Participate in the full SDLC, including testing, deployment, and support
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, full stack development, or data engineering
• Strong experience with .NET/C# , REST APIs, and SQL
• 3+ years of experience working with Azure Cloud
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and reporting solutions
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Knowledge of secure authentication methods such as OAuth2 and SAML
• Understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, agentic workflows, context engineering, and tool calling
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking, financial services, or fintech experience
• Familiarity with Encompass, Silverlake , or similar banking platforms
• Experience building enterprise-grade cloud and analytics solutions
