Annie is trained on the practices operating procedures and completes tasks like managing overdue patients, answering missed calls, verifying insurance, and more. "She" gives office managers and dentists the peace of mind that patients are being taken care of without adding burnout or more work to the office manager's plate.

Although Annie’s foundation is innately tied to AI, the product is so much more. We pride ourselves on emphasizing the benefits of AI without the hype and building a product that delivers measurable ROI to our customers. To date, our "AI Coworker" has generated $23M+ in revenue for our customers.

About The Role

We are hiring a senior software engineer to help across our products/stack. We're looking for someone AI pilled and has the ability to lead the development of a feature from planning through release.

Since we're a small team, this role will have lots of ownership. You'll work directly with our customers, founder, sales & success teams, and partners to help develop our product and build it from the ground up.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional development experience. Degree? Great if you have one, but we're all about what you can actually do.
• Must be an expert in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Professional experience with React/NextJS and Node.
• Love to tinker, experiment, and iterate quickly -- AI moves fast, we have to as well.

Bonus Points

• You've brought a project (with users) to life, either on your own or with a small team.
• Experience building Agents, not just using out-of-the-box solutions and frameworks.
• Extra bonus points if you have built a voice agent.
