We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about building modern digital solutions, leveraging AI-enabled development, and driving engineering excellence across enterprise platforms.

Your Challenge as a Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, deploying, and supporting scalable digital products and enterprise applications. You will translate approved solution architectures and business requirements into secure, maintainable, and high-performing solutions while driving best practices in software engineering, AI-assisted development, DevOps, and operational excellence.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who works closely with architects, product owners, security teams, data specialists, and global stakeholders to deliver business value through modern engineering practices and emerging AI capabilities.

In Your Future Role as Senior Software Engineer, You Will

Solution Design & Technical Leadership

• Develop detailed technical designs based on approved enterprise architecture and business requirements.
• Define application components, APIs, integration patterns, deployment strategies, security controls, and observability requirements.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and implementation planning activities.
• Guide development teams through complex engineering challenges and technical decision-making.

Software Development & Engineering

• Design, build, test, review, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise applications and integrations.
• Develop solutions using technologies such as .NET/C#, Python, REST APIs, Azure services, SQL, and modern web technologies.
• Contribute directly to critical, high-complexity development initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability requirements.

AI-Enabled Engineering

• Utilize approved AI engineering tools and coding assistants to support requirements analysis, software development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure compliance with security, quality, and engineering standards.
• Support responsible adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across development teams.
• Implement AI application patterns including conversational AI, intelligent automation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based solutions.

Databricks & AI Platform Engineering

• Design and develop AI-enabled solutions leveraging Databricks technologies and approved enterprise AI capabilities.
• Implement governed AI solutions using established security, data governance, and model management standards.
• Contribute to solution observability, performance monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Support experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and maintenance of AI services and applications.

DevOps & Quality Engineering

• Drive CI/CD best practices, automation, code quality controls, and release management activities.
• Implement automated testing strategies across unit, integration, security, and performance testing.
• Support infrastructure automation, deployment orchestration, and environment management.
• Ensure readiness for production releases through robust validation and governance processes.

Production Support & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure applications are production-ready, observable, scalable, and supportable.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex technical incidents.
• Improve operational processes through automation, monitoring, and preventive measures.
• Contribute to the reduction of technical debt and enhancement of platform reliability.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Security Teams, Data Teams, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Break down initiatives into deliverable user stories and technical work packages.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, estimation, and release activities.
• Communicate project risks, dependencies, and technical recommendations effectively.

Engineering Excellence & Mentorship

• Promote engineering standards, secure coding practices, and software development best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering peers.
• Contribute reusable components, frameworks, and engineering accelerators.
• Mentor junior engineers and help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Great if You Have

• Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade software applications.
• Experience with cloud-native application development and Microsoft Azure services.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled development tools and modern AI application architectures.
• Knowledge of Databricks, machine learning operations, and AI platform engineering concepts.
• Experience building APIs, enterprise integrations, and distributed applications.
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and software delivery automation.
• Strong understanding of security, governance, observability, and operational support frameworks.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional, and Agile delivery environments.

We Believe You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise applications from design through production support.
• Strong hands-on development experience with .NET/C#, Azure, Python, APIs, SQL, and modern software architectures.
• Experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership in technical design, solution development, and engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience

• AI Engineering and Agentic AI solutions.
• Databricks platform development.
• SAP and enterprise system integrations.
• Customer-facing digital platforms, CMS, or PIM solutions.
• Manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or B2B enterprise environments.
